Convulsion

A sudden, violent attack or convulsion; or the worsening of symptoms or recurrence of disease.

A sudden, involuntary contraction of muscles that results in rhythmic contortions of the body, often accompanied by a loss of consciousness. Also called a convulsion.

A bruise. An injury that causes swelling, pain, and discoloration but doesn’t break the skin.
